Kim Lauderdale
Team Director and Head Coach
Kim grew up and attended high school in Lee's Summit, MO, where
she currently resides.  Kim was a competitive gymnast through Level
9 and was also an active one-meter diver for Lee's Summit High
School.  She attended Southwest Missouri State University in
Springfield, MO and graduated with a B.S. in Finance.  Kim coached
for two years while living in Springfield.  Kim has been coaching for
Diamond since its establishment in 1998.  She is USAG safety
certified as well as CPR certified, a member of USA Gymnastics, a
certified USAG meet director and a Level 9 Rated Womens'
Gymnastics Judge.  Kim is also an active member on both the
Kansas State Administration Committee and the Kansas Judges
Board.


Tim Kappel
Tim was raised in Arlington Heights, Illinois.  He competed at club
level and high school gymnastics until he was 16 years old.  In 1996,
he moved to Lawrence, KS to attend the University of Kansas, where
he was a yell leader from 1996 - 2000.  He began working at
Diamond in the Spring of 2000.  Tim coaches Levels 7, 8 & 9.


Misti Marshall
Misti grew up in Littleton, CO.  Misti and her husband, Mike, have
three daughters, Ila, Tori and Chloe.  Misti has been coaching for
approximately eight years and has been at Diamond for four years.  
Two of Misti and Mike's daughters, Tori & Chloe, are
on the Diamond Competitive Team.  Misti coaches all of the
pre-competitive teams Level 4 and Level 5.  She is also the
Pre-School Program Director.


Katja Bullock
Katja has lived in the United States since 1989 after moving from
Berlin, Germany, where she grew up.  As a competitive gymnast,
Katja was a four-year Berliner, Germany State Champion and she
participated in the  Gymnastics Junior Nationals in Austria four years
in a row.  She is a USAG Certified Coach and has been coaching
gymnastics at the competitive level for over 11 years.  Her
experiences range from the west coast to east coast and now she
has settled in the Midwest.  Throughout her career, she has worked
with gymnasts from Levels 4 - 10 and during the last few years she
has focused mainly on the compulsory levels.  Katja has a
wonderful husband, Scott, and two beautiful children, Makayla and
Annalynn.

Marta Christgen
Marta grew up and attended high school in the Kansas City area,
where she currently resides.  Marta was a competitive gymnast up
until 16 years old.  Marta received a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and
Physical Therapy, which she currently works in.  Marta has been
coaching competitive gymnastics since 1987 and has coached in
elite programs in the Midwest and the New Jersey area.  Marta has
been with Diamond since August of 2004 and is coaching levels 6
and 7.

Tiffany Holthouse
Tiffany graduated from Mill Valley High School in 2007 and is
currently taking classes at Johnson Country Community College. She
has been with Diamond since the summer of 2004. Although she was
never a competitive gymnast, she has been around the sport her
entire life and is very excited to learn as much as she can about
coaching. She loves working with kids, both competitive and
recreational. She coaches non-sanctioned levels 3 and 4, as well as
sanctioned level 4. Tiffany is also the Special Programs Director at
Diamond.

Holly Emmot
Holly is originally from southeast Kansas but after moving at a young
age, was primarily raised in the Kansas City area. She began
gymnastics at the age of 3 and began competing at age 6. After 11
years as a competitive gymnast, Holly began coaching while studying
sport science at KU. She has coached for 12 years in the Lawrence
and Kansas City area. She has experience with all levels from 3yr old
beginner classes to level 10 competitive team. In 2001, Holly
received her masters degree in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst
University in KC, MO. Holly currently works as an RPT in Douglas
County and is a level 9 rated judge. She is USAG, CPR and Meet
Director certified. Holly currently coaches level 5 & 6.


Becky Wambsgans
Becky was born and raised in the Kansas city Area. She graduated
from Shawnee Mission West High School in 1989, then attended
Central Missouri State University where she studied Family Studies
and Early Childhood education. She was a gymnast herself through
high school. She is a Professional Member of the USA Gymnastics
Association and completed the Safety certification program through
USA gymnastics. Becky has been coaching competitive girls
Gymnastics in the Kansas and Missouri area since 1989. She
coaches Levels 4 thru Elite.   Her Accomplishments consist of having
many gymnasts advance to the State, Regional and National
Championships, with many gymnasts as the State, Regional, and
National Champions.
